The Employee Experience

Why now?

For a number of years our working habits have become increasingly remote. Of course recent global events have accelerated this exponentially. It leaves us all as employers with the question, “How do we carry out previous face to face activities through technology?” Activities as diverse as interviewing and onboarding talent, mentoring and creating meaningful connections. We deliver our recommendations both face to face and via an extensive report, containing a series of recommendations on which HR tech businesses to partner with. We will take care of the commercial negotiations and contracting, freeing you up to get on with your main day to day activities. Modular

The CovalentHR model is modular. This means that if you are already in contract or very happy with existing HR tech providers you can just select the other that you need. You may be doing this for the first time and want to just implement tech one step at a time.
